I ordered a hot pink Bluetooth hoverboard for my daughter for Christmas and took several weeks to come. I got it the week before Christmas and on the box was a large label explaining the sold more than they could fulfill and to email hoverreplace@gmail.com with tracking # and correct item they would ship out and the promise of a carrying case priced at 39.99 for free due to there error. I have emailed them 4 times with no response they have not sent correct item nor the case that was promised.
