Complaint Review: IDAHO ELITE YORKIE'S - Jennifer L Maul Susan

I gave Ms Jenn Susan/ Maul $2,000.00 down for a Yorkie puppy.  Jenn told me her females were more money than the males and I wanted a female.  I picked out the female mom & male dad, she was never able to produce puppies with these two.  She offered me one of her other females in a different litter.  

Jenn had gone silent and when I inquired about the puppies I was told they all died.  Another litter comes available, the female died.  Finally, another litter,  I inquire about this litter and made plans to come view the three female dogs, Topaz, Jade, Amethyst,  born 6/14/2022.  I give her a date in a text message that I would make a trip from California to Idaho to pick out one of these dogs.  She responded she received my notice that I would be coming.  My husband and I, make a special trip to Idaho to pick out one of these puppies.  When I am on my way, I text her and leave a voice mail.  She does not respond.  When I arrive in Idaho, I text her and call her.  She first does not respond.  Then I leave her a pretty stern message and she answers me in a text message.  Jenn tells me she is out of town and on a airplane.  I was floored!  Here we have made arrangements to meet and she is not home.  

She tells me her mother has the puppies.  So I ask her if we can drive to her mothers and view the puppies.  She tells me no.  It was a long trip and the expense of going.  I am now mad!  My sister-in-law drives me to her home address.  What I saw was horrible.  There are puppies in a pen about 5'x8' and they are a lot of dogs.  It was dirty and they are a mess.  Two of the dogs are outside the pen and run up to the fence barking at us.  I felt like this is a puppy mill.   I now believe I have been a subject of FRAUD.  Under the circumstances, I cannot trust a word Jenn says and just want my money back.  My husband and I find someone else selling puppies and we go view them.  We purchased one from owner/Melany.    Jenn offers me a male puppy for the price I had already paid her.  But now tells me her male puppies are more than the female puppies.  I called her out on this.  

When Jenn arrives back to Idaho, she tells me the puppies I had wanted to see, had died.  OMG!  How can she lose so many puppies?  I have tried to get my $2,000.00 back without any luck.  DO NOT BUY FROM JENN SUSAN MAUL (she recently married, new last name unknown).  I now have to file a lawsuit against Jenn Susan/Maul.  Make another trip to Idaho but she needs to stop this unprofessional business and the dogs should be take away from her.  If you want to speak to me, I'd be happy to talk to anyone thinking of buying puppies from her.
