IDCServco IDCServco in cahoots with Hill Office Supplies to rip you off!! Culver City California
I had just ordered 3 bottles of toner from my copier company. A few days later I got a call from a woman saying that they were going to be short on my order, but they would get out what they have now. I told her no problem thinking that she was with the company I really deal with. She then proceeded to ask if I needed a purchase order number or if verbal is okay. In this instance, a verbal is ok so she continued to let me know that the warehouse would be giving me a confirmation call & to let them know that it is okay to send me the toner I thought I had ordered.
Once I got a few bottles of toner, I got a ton of them! I now have received 37 bottles of toner from what seems to be 3 different companies. They have billed my company instead of wanting a credit card, so we're lucky in the fact that they haven't gotten any money from us.
When I called to ask them how much toner they sent us, the lady wasn't even real clear on what a carton was. I'm still not sure what they consider "a carton".
Beware!!! I would have never been tricked into this had I not just placed an order with my copier company who I, by the way, get toner for FREE!!!
