IDCSERVCO claimed that they are the company providing us the supplies for our copier and they were saying that they will have aprice increase for our copier toner and we need to order as early as January of this year so we can avail the old price of the toner.
I found out from our legitimate supplier that the toner only cost $ 120.00 they chrged me $ 804.00 for three toners. . overpricing and and it is a misrepresentation. This company is not connected to Caltech whos our legitimate company for our copier for quite some time now.

This is a very typical scam. Don't ever buy toner or ANY office supplies by phone for that matter! When they call & start their toner spiel I just say "No thanks" & hang up on them.
