Complaint Review: Idea Village - Clever Clasp

I just happened to check the charges on my credit card where I had ordered 4 sets of the Clever Clasps. I had been charged $5.99 shipping for each set of Clever Clasps. They had come in one small package that couldn't have cost more than $4.00 to ship.

I called customer Service and was told "Sorry, but that is just the way we charge" Sure wish I had known that to start with.

Actually that makes each set cost $20.98 instead of the $14.99 advertised. I consider this to be a Fraud!!! I will be contacting my credit card co and anyone else I can.

Do not buy from this company unless you are willing to be ripped off!
