Shipped to the wrong address in the order. I sent 6 emails to their customer service. Received only an auto response, no one actually called back nor did they respond to my request to change address. I called the customer service number. I was on the phone 45 minutes waiting. When they answered, the woman on the phone told me that it was my fault.
They finally changed the address and stated that the product would still be shipped to the wrong address. When the product is returned to them, they would send it to me. The product currently is not schedule to be shipped for 2 weeks, but they weren't going to fix the shipment. Don't know if I will ever see the product. Don't buy these.
