Complaint Review: Ideal I.N.C.

in marh of 2002 I drove for ideal inc, in the middle of march I was dispacth home in seattle. I was driving a 1999 flat top mack, the mack was overheating , they made me drive 700 miles in a truck that when a light comes on you have about 5mm to get off the road because it will turn it self off. when I made my last deliver in seattle I was lucky to get them to ok for me to take it to seattle mack to get repair.the next day I call mack and they told me that the truck was not fix yet,so my wife and I went out,in the mean time I got 7 messages from my dispacth that I had to do a run because they were in trouble ,I was not home.

on one message it said they were calling the police up and finding the truck with load, again i was not home, the truck was at mack being repair.now i got mad and left ideal, but my pay was not right ,first they charge me for a tire that was blown out in neb, the next week they did fix that, but now they took $208.00 from me for truck retrvil when the truck was at the mack being repair and was not able to drive.

during this time I have wrote to them a lot asking them why but they donot answer. I have done every thing i could the labour board is washington does not have the power to make them give me a reason or to make them Pay. but anyone going there do your research do not go there.
