Complaint Review: Ideal Marketing Group

I'm a small biz owner in Dallas Fort Worth.  This company and its affilliates claim they have associations with local schools or charitable organizations.  I called the chearleader coach of the local high school they used in their documentation  who said she never heard of this company.  They then invoice small biz owners for T-shirts or advertising.  When asked to provide a signed purchase order, their response is "everything is verbal".   They will not provide a physical street address of their business.  Their company operates the same scam under multiple names like Victory Marketing, Sports Action Network and Ideal Marketing Group.  They claim I have two outsanding invoices.  I've asked for any proof I owed the money such as a written signed document or recording of anyone agreeing over the phone to any such purchase.  Again..."we do everythng verbal".

If I owe the money I would be happy to pay it as a biz owner.  In this case, I have something stating my general managers had agreed to such payments.  Again...I asked what proof do you have...again..."everything is verbal.  In reviewing them on BBB, they have an F rating.
