Ideal Private Resorts/Morgan Management Stole My Money when they failed to cancel my membership as requested Pittsford New York

 On May 9, 2014 I contacted LindseyPeculis Christensen and requested that she cancel my IPR membership. Between May 9th and Juy 9th I placed several call sto Lindsey. Each time she was unavailable but promised to call me back. I never received a call. Finally on July 9th I spoke with Lindsey. She said she would research and contact me by the end of business that day. I did not hear from her so I emailed and called her. Lindsey responded to my email with " I am just waiting for a clean copy from the lawyers". So I wrote back, "what does that mean? All i want is my membership cancelled and balanced refudned to me". How difficult is that. I paid over $11,000 for this membership and only used it for 2 years.

Since then I call and email her daily, with No response. In fact whomever answers the phone just hangs up on me. On July 28th, I emailed Ms. Moser the Customer Care Supervisor. She did not respond to my email so I called her. I spoke with Sammie who placed me on hold for a minute then came back and said she was out of the office. I asked to speak with a Supervisor or Manager. Sammie refused to transfer me to one and would not give me the name or number of someone higher up in management.

The service and professional that this organization provides in deplorable. Iw ill not do business with them agian. In fact i urge everyone to cancel your membership wth them. This is not a reputable organization. I wrote a letter of disatisfaction to Mr. Robert C Morgan. Still waiting on a response.
