Complaint Review: Ideal Skin Equinox

sent product I prepaid ...they charged $99 and $93 to my cc for additional shipments before trial period was up. I called the telephone numbers for both companies which only available on my bank statement. BOTH telephone numbers were in Great Britain and calls were transferred to Pakistan. Operators were so robotic and idiotic they only rambled the same questions to me without listening to my reason for calling. One operator kept calling me "Sir" when I kept insisting that I was a woman and please address me as such. He continued to call me "Sir." I told them both that I did not order any authorization for paying the ridiculous price of nearly $100 per product when all I ordered was the trial for the cost of shipping and handling. It became apparent that cancellation was the only course of action. I told them I never used the product and would send it back as they said that would be the only way I could get a refund of $73...the balance was for all their shipping and handling. When they emailed the confirmation numbers for the cancellations and the return product numbers they did not match up with the ones they gave me over the phone. AT THIS POINT I KNEW THEY WOULD NEVER BE DONE WITH ME IF I DID NOT DO SOMETHING DRASTIC. I CALLED MY BANK WHOM I HAD ALREADY TALKED TO ABOUT THIS AND CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD. Yes it will be an inconvenience but these companies won't get any more money out of me.
