Ideal tax solution was dishonest and they did not do what they said they Would do. Nicole was my attorney, later I learned that Nicole had terminated her relationship with this company. No one told me or assigned me another attorney. So my case went back to where I begin with them.
I decided I did not want to work with this company. They let my file sat idle for months. Then assigned me to an attorney they had just hired. Well, my case had not been touched for over 8 months. So I requested a refund.
I have been asking for a refund since 2014. And they continued to take money out of my account. I would like an attorney to handle this case and also sue for my distress. I have been emailing the so called case manager for months with no response. I would like my money back from thes people. I feel they are crooks and taking advantage of unsuspecting people.

Dr. once again we apologize, as we have told you over and over. We gave you free services to compensate when you were not happy. We have tried to handle your extremely complicated case. Honestly, you've also been combatative to deal with as a client. You have never been compliant with any requests for documentation and you were told that your compliance is required in order for us to give the IRS and the State the information they need to make resolution. You also refused to update your limited power of attorney that the IRS requires to work on your case. YOU HAVE DONE MORE TO HINDER our work than we have. I'm sorry to say that but it's true. You know that your case with both the IRS and State has been put into different Revenue Officer's hands. Even after months and months of work on your case with both the Federal and State we still believe the best move is to continue to allow our attorney's and Enrolled agents to work. Right now you have requested this refund and it's in the owners hands and he's seeking the advice of legal counsel. We have been in business for 7 years with licensed IRS employees and attorneys.
