I order HDV day/night wrap around glasses through on line, on Saturday Jan 9/2016, I then tried to cancel my order on Jan 10. I then phoned the customer service on Jan 11, no one was available but to wait and says go to online check your order status, I then sent email again on Jan 11 to the customer service to calcel my order, I was always ignored. I called my credit card co and was able to get a different no which I got hold of someone, she says : the customer service department is the distribution centre, then she asked to call a different no which I did and got hold of someone eventually which was Jan 12. I told her I want to cancel my order and she said that was shipped on Jan 11/16. I received an email from the customer service stating that my shipment was shipped on Jan 13 which means someone was lying, not only that when I ordered from Internet it didn't mention those were in US funds, I do have US credit cards why would I use CAD credit card to pay such a difference for the exchange rate? I had sent them 3 Emails in total none of them was responded. This co. Rips of Their customers, I then go online and check about this co., so many complaints about this place. It's the only waiting my money but the hassle I had to go through, I do online orders often never had such experiences.
