idealschool.education Eric Franzen Don't Waste Your Money! Seattle Washington
Idealschool.education representatives and Eric Franzen will encourage prepayment for services. They don't provide the contracted services and do not give refunds, essentially stealing your money. I paid $1599.00 for after school language lessons, about 99% of those I never received. I prepaid for 4th grade as well.
Parents started to notice their children were not learning what they were supposed to be learning, especially math! Test scores were innacurate and misleading! Multiple parents started pulling their kids out of class! It became apparent that the teacher didn't understand basic math herself! For example she thought it would be too difficult to use a calculator on a simple one sentence word problem.
It was obviouse she was NOT a trained elementary school teacher, she lacked classroom management skills, was unable to facilitate an online environment that was conducive to learning for all of the students and let many of them yell and be distracting to other learners. She did not know how to engage the students and lacked even a basic understanding of learning styles and how to motivate students. She also lacked a basic understanding of testing, assements and measuring student progress. Her communication was confusing and misguided and harmful with parents. The students were completely bored death in her class, and said that she was rude, and harsh, etc. I personally had to pull my learner out in the middle of the year and restart 4th grade from the beginning because my learner didn't understand any 4th grade math whatsoever. Other subjects were also an issue.
This is not the first year Idealschool.education and Mr. Franzen had issues with this teacher. He was fully aware that in his own words has "personality issues". He still left her teaching this very pivotal and important grade! No child deserves to be robbed of their education like this and no parent deserves to have their money stolen like this!
Eric Franzen, the owner refused refunds, and has continued to make excuse after excuse, most of illogical and obvious lies. He has told me my signature on the withdrawal form was not valid. He is threatening me with letters from his attorney and trying to get me to agree to less of a refund than he owes me. If he did this to me, he will most definitely do it to you!
