Idearc MEDIA LLC idearc.com This company is a complete SCAM Dallas, Texas
This company makes promises that they only plan to keep via deceptive advertising and misrepresentation of your company. The group's representatives promise plenty of "business leads" to your company and they assure you that the traffic is there and people already looking for your "type of business". Once you sign up, however, you find that they are listing you under so many categories, business descriptions and certified skills that you are bound to get the promised number of leads. If you catch this little problem and inform them that you don't perform most of the listed services, belong to the listed organizations or have the listed certifications they spend weeks or months running you in circles trying to avoid correcting the issue. Once rectification results in a lack of leads they claim to be investigating the problem while continuing to bill you full price. During this entire time you have no leads, no new business and your out several hundred dollars in the meantime.
The bottom line is that this company is trying to drive fraudulent leads to the businesses they list by listing you as every conceivable business type under the sun. You, of course, get left holding the bag trying to explain to any potential leads why you don't install their fire safety system when your business is actually lawn care. DO NOT do business with this company.

This company makes many false promises about contacts and jobs.....
Many people who sign up never receive a single phone call, only to have spent 100-500 a month for nothing
My suggestion is to stay away from this company... or if you are going to do anything go directly with the book,..... or better yet go with ATT Yellowpages cuz they have low priced package deals... at least thats what i was told during many phone calls with customers
