Complaint Review: IdeaVillage.com

I placed one order for two items this company sells - a "Handy Switch". The item sell at $19.95 for two. I asked for expidited shipping. That order was placed on 1/3/07. On 3/2/07 I find two charges on my card for over $70 each. I checked and the website lists two orders for me.

In addition to a second order I didn't place, they charged $30 shipping for each order and these are items that don't weigh more that a few ounces. With the second order that is $60 in shipping.

Yesterday eight of these stupid things arrived. I only wanted two and I certainly didn't expect to pay $140 for two Handy Switches valued at $19.95 for two.

I called them and they won't return my call. I emailed their customer service, per the website, and they give me the run around saying I have to call the "fullfillment center" in california. But, they don't provide a way to do that. My "orders" are 30394 and 30397.
