IDEELI, Inc. Sold me unusable wine club membership, and would not refund Internet, New York
I bought a membership to a wine club, Invino, for $79 from IDEELI.com. When I tried to redeem it for the promised 6 bottles, Invino advised me that they do not deliver to the state in which I lived. This information was not available when the offer was made.
I wrote to IDEELI and asked for a refund. They assured me that I would receive a refund to my credit card account "within 3-5 days."
When I did not get the refund, I contacted them again. They again assured me that they would refund the money, but did not.
When I complained for the 3rd or 4th time, I got an email from "Jennifer" who gave me a phone number, and asked me to call if I didn't get the refund, again "within 3-5 days." I did not get the refund, and after numerous tries, I could never reach anyone at that phone number. I could only leave a voice mail.
Needless to say, they never refunded the $79. They are an extremely dishonest company.
