I ordered an ID CARD printer from this company in early December of 2015. I expressed my urgency to the rep as we were needing to ID some service animals and their handlers ( I work for a nonprofit) It took a bit for the printer to ship and I can show emails where I had to check on the status of the printer a few times. Once the printer arrived (FINALLY) I unpacked it and attempted to load the software. However, there was an issue loading the software because no one provided the access code or password in which to get into the software. I tried calling and emailing the rep for two days with no results and finally followed a link from your site for service. I attempted to put in a service call (which I recorded LIVE VIDEO) that the number wasnt even in service. Further inspection of the printer, I found that the printer came supplied with ONLY a European type plug. I'm in the US. Such a plug is useless to me. Again BOTH issues were repetedly reported to which I finally sent an email ( I have that email still, asking them to send a label for it that it was of no use to me) Yesterday (March 10th) I received the following email:

The sales rep ( Diane ) I guess she finally had to actually show up to work yesterday, called my office leaving a threatening message of collections. I have decided to sue them for their failure to deliver goods as promised, for leaving an open "collections" type phone message on a general voice message for just anyone in our company to hear as well as sue them for storage. I further plan to share my experience with over 18,000 twitter followers, three major facebook accounts and every other online review I can find to warn people to stay away from these people. The DOJ fined us for not having our tags on in a timely manner despite my documentation of problems with these people. The need to show the sales rep the door if that is the way she treats customers.
