I too was applying for a Last chance Cash Acvance site and they put in small print that when you apply for a cash advace that you are also signing up for a theft protection plan for $31.98 unless you uncheck the little box. Well, I unchecked that little box and gave this comapny my persoanl information.

Two days later I was ripped off and my bank account was debited for $31.98. I received no loan, but they ripped me off. So, I never got the loan and truly was in debt and now I'm in even more trouble. I can't afford the $31.98 and it's going to cost me dearly.

I was double ripped off by the site telling me I would get a loan and getting my personal info and then getting charged $31.98 for something i did not want. I called to cancel and was told that the small print tells you that it is non-refundable.

Any contract can ususally be cancelled in 3 days, but this was a big rip off and I cannot prove that i uncehcked that little box before i went on. The payday industry is a rip off and then they let another company rip you off further.
