I am writing this report because Shauna Duty-the owner of Identiwrite Creative is one of the most unprofessional business owners ever. Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Duty runs a dental copywriting business. She is very unprofessional, disrespectful and downright unprofessional. She lacks basic communication skills. She is always begging for a review of her services.
Shauna- you are really not who you appear to be. You are disgustingly rude, unprofessional and you ghost employees who want to discuss how to work within your business guidelines. Work on your communication, ma'am and stop fishing for reviews of your work. Learn to treat others with the respect they need and deserve. DO BETTER, SHAUNA DUTY!
