Complaint Review: IDK Craft Pizza

I would give them negative 5 stars if I could.

My order was 50 minutes late.  It also did not come with the ranch or fries their Grub Hub page says it does.  But that's not even the worst of it. When I contacted Grub Hub, they said, "It shows it was delivered at 7:04."  Complete lie.  At 7 pm, it was already 20 minutes late.  I called them up and they said, "It's leaving now."

At 7:24 it still wasn't here (I live 2 blocks away.  I'm in a wheelchair and have everything delivered) so I called them back and they said again, "It's leaving now."  I got it 10 minutes later. So, it's bad enough it was 50 minutes late AND didn't have the ranch or fries that I was supposed to get but to lie to Grub Hub when it was delivered so they wouldn't give me credit for the severe lateness and incomplete order?

Absolutely ridiculous.  This goes way beyond screwing up an order by being super late and forgetiing to include items.  I've never had a restaurant flat-out lie to GrubHub to how late the food was to keep me from getting credit for it.  If they cut corners there, where else are they doing it?
