In reviewing my bank account this morning I noticed a charge against my checking account for $28.95 that I did not authorize to a company called Idonlock.com. I immediately called my bank and placed them on notice that they will be in violation of Federal E for accepting charges without my consent or authorization. I then placed a call to Idonlock and spoke with customer service who said that they are a third party agency and that if I had read the fine small print when I applied online for a loan through another company I would have seen their fees and that their fees are not refundable. For one thing, I cancelled the application because I felt that they were asking for more information than was required. I demanded that this Idonlock cease all activities against my account and refund the money. The customer service representative than offered me a $100.00 certificate to use only on their products. Again I demanded that they cease all activiites and the customer service representative said that their company will get the $28.95. I have threaten them with legal action and promised to go to the Banking Commissioner as well as the media with their fraudulent activities.
