IDPROCS is a rip off artist. They get your info from online loan services and automatically sign you up. I called them right away & told them "I never signed up for their service, I already have "Life Lock" (a reputable company) and please deposit the funds $31.98 back into my account". The IDprocs rep told me "You signed up for this and there is nothing we can do but cancel your membership, so you will not be billed further". I am out $32.00 for a service I never signed up for & already have with a better service.
