I am not sure how this has happened but for the past 3 months I have had this taken out of my bank account. 31.98 a month has been taken out and I need that money. Every penny counts and it's a shame that you have been ripping people off. I no longer have used the computer to pay any type of on line shopping. According to them I wasn't even registered but yet the money came out of our bank account. What do we do in a situation like..
