I kept seeing this deduction on my checking account and called 3 times to find out what it was....Of course I get a polite recording with "press 1, and press 2, etc. They even allow you to leave a voice mail after telling you all representatives are busy and you can check their web site. yeah right! Something should be done (legally--jail time), for people who get rich off the hard work of others who strive to be fair and just!
