IDTHECS.com Company is trying to withdrawl unauthorized money from my savings account and has over drawn account by $222.61, I do not know what this company is and cannot get any information on it other than a website which I can not pull up, does anyone have any information?? Internet
This company www.idthecs.com has tried withdrawing money from my savings account every couple of weeks since January 31st. I do not use this savings account so therefore it has caused massive overdraft fees. $222.61 up to todays date 3/5/2008 to be exact. I cannot get an address or a phone number for this company, and I have no idea why they are trying to take this money out of my account. I am a hardworking dad with 3 children and I just like alot of other unexpecting people cannot afford for people just to help themselves to my money. Please Help

In the event an individual fills in an application for a pay-day loan with the company - Last Chance Advance Loans - IDTHECS automatically debits the account number (provided for the loan deposit) a fee of $31.98 for ID Theft Insurance.
However, a basic problem is that applicants are not aware that they are being enrolled for this service, nor are they forewarned about the charges being debited from their bank accounts in advance.
In order to stop them from accessing your savings account again you should file with the BBB and then go to your bank to have the savings shut down. if it is in an overdrawn status then you cna have then place a hold on the account so no more charges can be made to it until it is in positive numbers again.
