 I rented a home from them with a floor furnace and when the gas company came out to inspect because I felt something wasn't right the gas man told me good thong I never cut it on it would have killed my children and myself the gas man turn it off and put warning sticket all over it and reported it to gis supervisor and gave me forms to give ie rentaldin Jan 2013 I reported to management over and over for over 8 months going in calling they did nothing so in October I sent them a letter certified nail that I wasn't paying any rent untill it was repaired they showed up Nov 24 looking for rent I showed the 2 months of rent in money orders that I purchased at rent time valiery asked for my money I told her h*** no she said they would be there the next day to fix it no one never came I moved out Dec 15 and the refused me my deposit of 2200.00 and gave me the run around we need to get together and start a class action law suit..if any one knows how and does please contact me

  For those who have had a bad experience with either Pama management or IE rentals the first step to finding a solution is to contact the California real estate board and file a complaint. Be very specific and detailed. Beginning to end. Many complaints I've read deal with non refundable security deposit. By Law California civil code, 1940-1954.1 security deposit should be returned after 21days. If it is not returned then the property manager must send a letter stating why.
