This report has been percolating for years. We had a lifetime Fin- All roof installed by International Super-Roof LTD @ 19510 144th Ave. N.E. P.O. Box 1306 Woodinville WA 98972-1306. We were not happy with the installation at the time and did fax Brian O'Reilly, but got no response and could never get the company to return our calls. Frankly, we gave up until now.

My contractor and carpenter say this is the shoddiest roof insallation they have ever seen and they don't know how I am going to have gutters ever installed that will not leak, which has been an ongoing issue since we got this roof. Rolland Starke from Interlock Systems (regional Installation Manager @ ***-***-****) came out today and took no responsibility. He claims that Fin- All went out of business and that Interlock is in no way connected with Fin-All, who installed our roof, nor can he do warranty work for them. He did offer to write up a bid to do the needed repairs at full cost to me, though!

I see on the internet that all of these companies are one in the same. How have they gotten away with this scam all these years? In the Hawaii class action law suit, I quote, "Wenzel refused to disclose a list of all the companies that he owns. However, records from the United States Patent and Trademark Office attribute ownership of the trademarks for Interlock, Future Roof, The Super Roof, and Fin-All - The Super Roof, Alunar, super tile, to a common parent company I.E.L. Manufacturing Ltd. of Candada, According to the USPTO, a trademark is a word, phrase, symbol or design, or a combination of words, phrases, symbols or designs, that identifies and distinguishes the sorce of the goods of one party from those of others. Wenzel's own Web sites for Interlock and Future Roof also register the logos to I.E.L Manufacturing Ltd." How can you ever get warranty work done when they are so slippery as to keep changing their name and saying they are a different company; how has this gone on so long?!!!
