IFAST Fitness Received defective product, terrible customer service, won’t provide refund for product Corona CA

I purchased a stationary exercise bike. I assembled the product and discovered one pedal would not attach. I contacted them to open a support ticket on the matter. They said they were going to send a replacement bike pedal part but never did.

After multiple email attempts, I asked that they provide me a label to return the product and provide a full refund. They responded back that in order for a return to qualify for refund, it had to be done within 30 days, have all original packaging, be in new condition, and the shipping costs were to be paid by the costumer.
