Donna Dallas WEDNESDAY, JULY 06, 2016 They are terrible. Are they even a business? The business address is an apartment and the Jorge never picks up the phone. We have been trying to get a hold of him to honor a warranty and he either doesn't pick up, doesn't respond to emails, says he will show up and doesn't finally showed up and said that they would perform the job and never showed up to correct the crappy foundation job that they did. He is not registered at the BBB so I am thinking of filing a complain with the State of Texas to investigate them. Someone needs to investigate them.

Hello Donna. i just want to ask you to change or delete this review, we already fixed the problem. we honorated the warranty and your house have no problems no more, as a small company that we are sometimes it tooks us couple weeks to honorate the warranties and im sorry if several times i didnt picked up the phone but again as the owner of a small bussines Im the one who does the jobs and sale and manage and basically i do everything by myself, im so sorry for made you feel that bad to push you to the limit to waste time writting this because im sure you had a bunch other things to do just like me.
please if your house have somewhen a foundation problem again do not hesitate on contact me, the foundation job we did is not crappy, we did a good job, but we never know whats going to happen 15 ft deep, only god knows that but thanks god you have a warranty and we will solve any further problem.
