"IFIX Construction" by Gorge Orozco and his gang is a fly by night foundation repair company who promises professional services but does not deliver. DO NOT use these people!!. Gorge Orozco (aka IFIX Construction) has information, reviews and postings that seen legit but most of them, if not all, are done by friends and, or family. Its too late for me now but I wish I had done a better job researching this "company" before I had them come out to repair my foundation. Gorge's rates are good but its only because his work is not really guaranteed. He is a Ripoff!! He says he gives out a lifetime "transferable" warranty which means nothing as he doesn't stand behind it. Just weeks after they came out to repair our foundation the house fell back down and We tried and tried and tried ..for months to get him to come out and redo what ever needed redoing but its one lay after another. he is not trust worthy. He will tells you lays and he will hide from you if something goes wrong just like he has done with us and many other people apparently. If you look you will find that there are several, and very similar complaints on these guys. Do your work before you deal with them or you could be sorry to have gone with the cheaper bid..

Please let us know your name and address so we can know who you are and start the process of the warranty. We take care of our customers and that's why we have a huge number of referrals, all our customers are satisfied because our job is not done until the customer is satisfied and we have many testimonials that's show that what is wrote in this post is not true! Also you are saying our reviews are made by friends or family which is the biggest lie of all, we can provide the contact information of each customer that had wrote a positive for us and they will gladly prove that they are real customers. But we'll customers are our friends too, we work very hard to have a good and friendly relationship with our customers. Once someone work with us they become part of our family...
