iFlorist AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS! SCAM & CON ARTISTS Lancashire Lancashire
On the day before Christmas, an order was placed with iFlorist to be delivered on Boxing day, 26th December. No flowers were delivered and the money (approx £35) was taken by iFlorist. When chased up the following few days/weeks, they are completely mute and it's impossible to contact them.
They DO NOT pick up their phones, they do not respond to e-mails, tweets and they immmedately delete any facebook correspondance you try and write on their wall. Their feedback on facebook is full of disgruntled customers, in the same position as me and they just will not interact or take repsonsibilty.
The only thing they seem to be good at is STEALING honest people's money and they need to be stopped. I am in contact with a whole load of other wronged customers out of pocket and we want to spread the word about this awful and dishonest company.
AVOID like the plague, and go to a reputable florist with positive feeback. This company must be stopped and have already been reported to the police and trading standards.
