Scam - they offer gifts as result of "court ordered settment" of Limewire and others. I paid $39.95 for handling fees for two settlement gift cards. Originally the confirmation said that because these court settlement items had to be approved by the attorneys, it would take 4-6 weeks (Aug 15, 2011).

At the end of 6 weeks, I made inquiry and was told it was be Aug. 28, 2011, as more time was needed for attorney approval.  When I inquired again on Aug. 28th, I was only given a list of websites that I was supposed to sign in and complete the surveys to get my selected gift.  Surveys could never be completed and corrupted my computer and caused constant phone calls from site salespeople.

They conveniently took me past the 45 days that I had to file a complaint with PayPal.  I know two other people that also fell prey to this scam. None of their web site information contains an actual address or contact information.

I have filled out three of their "Contact Us" forms and submitted them and I get a confirmation back stating that I will be contacted shortly.  I have never been contacted and I sent the first one out on Aug. 28th.
