the website offerred me a free account and then switched me over to a premium account. I did not realize that is was going to charge me account. I saw the next morning that my account had been charged 3 times at 149.oo adding to a total of $450.00. I went to online help and asked to reverse the charges and they would not allow it. This was my fathers card and when he called the, the guy that he spoke to was rude and told him he would have to report the card as stolen and gave him a run around telling him he would have to file a police report and report fraud. He even called him back and asked for his date of birth and other personal information.  I in no way ever was told the card would be charged.  We did go to the bank and to see what we could do about the charges.

I cant believe a website can get away with charging 450.00 after offering a free account. This is a lot of money. My dad was treated badly on the phone by thier person on the phone and i got no where with on line help. sites like this should be forced to be taken down. Now we are out of this money and were treated badly. Why cant anything be done, scams like this that trap kids and grown ups are wrong and should not offer you a free account and then take your money.
