I purchased the Windstorm Vacuums Special Offer (2 for 1)from a TV infomercial (that is even now presented on the website selling Wind Storm Vacuums,). IGEA charged my credit card for double the order (a total of $448.61), then even after my contacting IGEA representatives by telephone over the next months, never gave me credit OR sent me any products. I just finished filing two complaints with the Better Business Bureau because Igea and Windstorm have two seperate addresses.

Note: Sometimes the Igea website appears on a search (once) but usually not. Send an email brings a 'thank you and we'll get back to you in 24 hours' response, which of course never happens. The telephone # listed on the website goes straight to the WindStorm vacuum company.

I have yet to get an email or telephone response from a live person. Their telephone, changed since my purchase, apologizes for their busyness, sends one to the Stormvac.com email address, then hangs up when one waits for a real person. Over and over. Don't give up trying your credit cards or banks! My original charges was 11/29/05, screwed like everyone else, and strung along like everyone else. I finally recognized the truth last month and contacted my credit card to dispute the charge, got turned down, and USING THIS EDITORS SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO DEAL WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY got real pushy, and THEY GAVE ME THE CREDIT! Finally they wanted to know was the last date of contact with the company when they PROMISED delivery & credit (stringing us along) and IT WORKED, with a lot of pressure from ME.
