I placed an order for a vacuum online. When the order displayed I noticed several items were double. Although I did not complete the order I still received an email confirmation.

I tried to reach someone via email and phone. I did not receive any responses to my emails. After several days of waiting endless on hold then getting disconnected, I finally spoke to a 'customer service' rep. I was informed that the order was not in their computer and there was nothing she could do. When I expressed concern about the order showing up later she said that if it wasn't in the system by now it would not appear.

I called my bank and had the hold removed. I waited a week to ensure that it would not appear and felt safe to use the funds in my account. Big Mistake.... the charge finally came through and overdrew my account, costing me $120.

I have once again sent emails and spent hours on the phone with no response.

These people are either completely inept or they are brilliant con artists.
