About the Transaction:
1) I saw an ad on TV and decide to call and the number they were prompting to find out how much the product would finally cost including the shipping etc.

2) I called the number but never spoke to any person it was an automated system.

3) The first thing the automated system asks is my credit card number. There was no information about how much I am going to be charged. There was nothing about any commitment / any charge. I punch in the credit card number (I regret doing this).

4) Then it asks my at least 5 more questions wanting me to buy other accessories. I declined.

5) By this time it was about 10 minutes since I called. And I have NO information about the final cost of the product. I get annoyed at this point and decide that I do not want to buy anything for any price with them.

6) I hung up assuming that since it did not confirm any transaction there was no transaction- no charge.

7) As soon as I saw the charge on the ctivity/statement, I called Citibank customer service and reported that the charge was not what I agreed to.
