I ordered Igia instant cover from Igia so I would get it within the week, i.e. so I could take it overseas with me to give to my aunt, who had requested this product. E-mail received saying that product would take 6-8 weeks, so I responded to cancel the order, and tried to call also. I was told they could not locate the order, even though I had a customer number and order number. I thought that order had not gone through. HAHA!

Almost 2 months later, I get the product, and charges come through on my visa which do not match the amount of the order. Am charged $ 33.80 and $ 13.16. I returned the order, at my expense, which cost me $7.70. I was credited on my visa for $26.85 and $ 9.95 respectively. I sent a letter requesting full refunds and refund of the cost of my shipping product which I had tried to cancel. They refused, but offered me a $10 credit toward my next order. I have never been able to get through on any phone numbers they have provided. I am now out $ $17.86, and do not want a $10 credit towards product. I want the whole $17.86 back, and will never order from them again, nor will I purchase product, which I now am able to find in my local CVS drug store. Not worth the hassle, fraud and aggravation. And to boot, VISA would not back me since I did not provide documentation with their 60 day allotted time. Pardon me for trying to address the issue with Igia first... big mistake.
