Igia For Singer Lazer Storm Did not answer the phone calls I made from the first day that I ordered nor my emails to cancel and then to remove the charge off my credit card. Los Angelos Ca 90063 California

I order the Singer Lazer Storm from the TV. When I called the number, I was given other options to purchase. Some, I did. The same day and within the hour, I called to cancel. I got no answer. I was told to call back by an automated voice. I decided to email and in the email, I asked to cancel, my orders. I got no response. Then, I got my credit card ledger with the charge on it. I emailed a couple more times and even called Singer. I still got no satisfaction as I was referred to another number and never got through to a live person that could help me. When I emailed, I repeatedly told them that I did not want the product and that I wanted the charge removed from my credit card. After all of these attempts and about two weeks after my attempts, I received a box from them. I have not opened it nor do I want it. I wrote to ask that they arrange to pick this up as I had canceled several times long before shipping. I haven't gotten a response to any of these emails, either.

I have my card company looking into this. I am not sure how this will work out, yet.

In case nothing happens, I would like to get my money back including the interest caused by this on my credit card. I would also like the company to make arrangements to pick up the unopened product that I canceled from the day I orderd it.

Got my return

I finally did get my money refunded after contacting my credit card for a dispute and the Illinois Attorney General's office-Lisa Madigan.

I still have the product and have written to them more than once for authorization to return the product and fro the proper address in which to return the product. I have not received even an email to do this.

I did not get my refund as requested within the time limit when the product did not work as advertized.

I have all documentation to prove and support my claim. I also have a full address to be added at a later time.

I would like to get my full refund and interest that has accrued on my credit card. I would like related expenses for time, collection costs, compensation for aggravation and stress. This cost is to be calculated per the Rip off report book that I purchased to help me regain my losses.
