I brought on-line the Wind Storm Vaccum on 10/27/2005, I received an automatic confirmation #: 2005102703083552.

I called Customer Service (1-800-709-2216 and 1-800-716-8667) a answering machine for my delivery status, the system can't help me because my order didn't have my phone number. I tried to research some customer representative, and after 15 minutes waiting time the system hand out.

I sent various e-mails to customercare@igia.com, but I never received any answer. I still waiting for my vaccum, I didn't receive it yet.
