IGIA IGIA Storm Vacuum Ripoff Nicholasville Kentucky
"IGIA" Storm Vacuum Cleaner as advertised on TV buy one get one free - then they charge you for 4 vacuum cleaners.
I ordered the IGIA Storm Vacuum Cleaner November 28, 2005 over the phone. I checked my account balance on November 30, 2005 and $353.70 had been taken out of my account. I called the number and it was either busy or not in service. I thought when it comes in I will find out what exactly I was being charged so much for. I never received the product.
I then serched the website for IGIA and found a 1-800 number. Finally January 17, 2006 I talked to a customer service representative and she said that I had ordered 4 vacuums. Who in their right mind orders 4 vacuums.
She asked me if I wanted to cancel the order and I said yes. The Vacuums had never been shipped and the money would be refunded back to my account the next buisiness day. I have not seen the money.
It is now January 20, 2006 and I have been on hold for an hour and a half - still holding.
