08/15/2005 I had ordered the buy 1 get 1 free special as seen on TV with the free steamer plus attachments. I had also ordered the extra packs of 3 filters for the $9.95

09/16/2005 Received the product, no filters and a slight overcharge of products.

Called customer service numerous times between the time I received the product and e-mailed twice with no response. Finally got a real person on October 26th of 2005. The lady I had talked said I couldn't get the money back because it was past their 30-day trial period. I asked her to speak to a manager because I had been trying unsuccessfully to contact somebody since I received the product. She got back to me and told me to ship the product back to the address on the invoice I received with product. This address was in Los Angeles, CA

Sent it back with a delivery confirmation and insurance. Delivery confirmation shows that it was delivered to Windstorm in Los Angeles, CA on Nov. 1st of 2005

I had called customer service back numerous times after the product was returned to inquire about a refund. I did get ahold of humans finally beginning of December and was told my credit card would be refunded by 12/22/05

It came to be January and called again. I was told again that my card would be refunded in early Febuary. When it wasn't, I called again and busy lines, hang-ups, then number was disconnected.

By this time I was completely irate. This was my first time ordering from TV and I will never do it again.
I contacted the BBB of NY and they haven't gotten very far. I did receive some letters from Windstorm saying to send them the invoice and the delivery confirmation receipt. I did send copies of those to the company with a letter on July 3rd.

It is now August 30th and haven't received anything. My next move is going the Attorney General of my state and that of New York's.

If I never receive a refund, I guess I learned a very important lesson to only buy product locally where you can actually go one on one with a human.

The same thing happened to me. I returned the vaccuum 11/05 and I'm still trying to get my refund. I've called the corporate office in NY and put on hold for hours at a time.

I even send the free steamer back.

I called again today and was on hold for 2 hours. If you find a way of getting your money back please let me know.

I filed a report with the FTC today, we'll see what happens with that.

I've gotten $5.00 refunds quicker then this.
