I also got sucked into the IGIA-LAZERSTORM hell after watchinga hald hour info commercial on CNBC. Once you are suckered into calling that automated line and you give your name and credit card you are toast! You can't get out. tyou are referred to the internet, who refers you to the "CUSTOMER CARE LINE" and NO ONE ever talks to you. I ordered one vacuum and was charged $313.70.

I called to cancel it-that was laughable.Finally I called my credit card company and asked them what to do. They declared it a fradulent charge and I cancelled that account and am waiting to fill out a form. I also am contacting Mike Hatch, MN Attorney General. What a nightmare.

Thank you for this site. I wish I had checked it first.
What about CNBC continuing to air their commercial knowing what a criminal company they are?
