i ORDERED THE SINGER VACS. IN JUNE charged for double 153 order. RECD& notified next day of mistake 7/05... told would send s/h intrs.-labels. would not be charged further... more calls average wait time 40-50mins. t/c
Aug. told no record of Ist. call vac. picked up in sept. w/o notice(was going to send all back but was not at home. account charged again. more attempts to contact e-mails over 12-promised response. only one referring me to same #number called w/o success... talked to a Mariana. and supervisor Monica promised payment 10/6.. did not rec. 10/10 talked to Orphelia?/... left # again told company name changed however could not find phone# Windstorm... her location 245 8AVE. new york cty. p/o 85510016? thought they were in california?
