Igia charged me 50.00 for a 5 ounce box shipped from reno nevada to los angeles california.
When I received my products the facial trimmer didn't even cut blond hairs on knuckles let alone my mothers eye brows or trim my beard.
The four "free" products were two towels 2 for 8.00 at the swapmeet and two lighted mirrors one shattered the other missing the light bulb and the leads for the batteries removed.
They then told me they would send back the 20.00 for the trimmer but the 50.0 they charged for shipping in non-refundable. Then the csr (customer service representative) told me in essence I paid 50.00 for two little mirrors which they would replace and two towels. "Don't talk to me talk to corporate this isn't my problem"
