On Nov. 13,2005 I watched an infomercial on the WINDSTORM Vacuum Cleaner. The advertisement was buy one and get one free. The price I think was $39.99. I placed an oder to buy one and get one free for Christmas presents. On Nov. 16, 2005 the BRASS LOGISTICS IGIA Company drafted my account $313.70.

First, they drafted too much money and second Christmas and the New Year passed and I did not receive any vacuums. I began calling the customer service number for months and could not get help as to my order. One customer service I dialed the agent told me I had to dial another number.

After months passed, I contacted WRAL-5 On Your Side to help me with this matter. WRAL contacted the Corporate off in New York (212.575.0500) and spoke to Monica who ensured I would receive my refund of $313.70 by the first week of June. When I call, which I've called minimally once a week for the past six months, I'm told there is a high volume of calls and someone will call me back between the hours of 5 and six. That has NEVER HAPPENED!

Here it is the middle of June and I still have not received my refund of $313.70. I reported this to the Attorney General's office on June 13th, 2006. It is crazy this company can get away with false advertisement, and not remit refunds OR the product in a timely manner.
