Complaint Review: Igia

Igia Ordered vacuum cleaner on Aug. 2005, and they keep giving me the run around I requested they send me my $545..48 or mail item to me Every time I email them I get the same responce & broken promise they will personally respond within 24 hrs with the service I can expect from IGIA Brand Won't answer my phone calls. On Aug. 3, 2005 I ordered a vacuum cleaner for $545.48 & paid by Mastercard. As I did'nt receive the order within a reasonable time I cancelled it on Sept. 22, 2005 & asked for a refund. When I call by phone, they just put me on hold for 1 hr, etc.

I have sent many emails Nov 15/05, Dec. l/05, Dec. 5/05, Dec. 30/05 etc & tried to call.

Several times I have requested my money back or mail the vacuum cleaner. I saw their ad on TV.

Their emails all stated the same broken promise: "A customer care representative will personally respond to your e-mail within the next 24 hours to provide you with the level of service that you can expect with the IGIA Brand."

If they are doing this to me, how many other people are they ripping off & causing financial stress?

Please help me to get the refund. I would appreciate any help you can get me to settle this matter.
