When I called to order the epil stop they talk to me abot the product and the 30 day money back warranty.The order came up to $38.90 approximatly and I made the order and gave my credit card information.
I made the order in february 2002,I received the product in may.I received a bath robe,a watch and two vitamin supplements never oferred to me or talked about at the time of the order.I was charged $82.75 on my credit card.I called and explained my situation to a representative.At the time the package was't here yet.

She told me that when I receive the package to call for a return confirmation number,to receive a FULL REFUND.When I called back to get the return confirmation number I explained to her that because their unproffesionalism I sent the product without even trying it.And I wanted full refund she said I was only getting $59.90 because they had to deduct shiping and handling.I got upset because they actually was charging me the s&h for those extra products I never knew about.

I got overcharged by my bank for unsufficient funds.I wont get full $82.75.And it's been about a month I returned the package and still hasn't receive no money.
