IGIA REPLACEMENT PADS FROM IGIA AND BEAUTYAMERICA.COM
After falling prey to their advertisements we bought 3 electrofit machines, one for myself, my husband and my daughter. The machine was not the issue, getting replacement pads was a nightmare. After ordering 3 times from IGIA, once online and twice by phone and talking to supervisors etc. the never sent me the right product, they always shipped replacement items for the electrosage which are not user friendly and can only be used once without having to tape them. So then i find WWW.beautyamerica.com who states they have them. TWICE THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND SHIPPED NOTHING. AND TWICE I DISPUTED THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD TO GET THEM REVERSED. Neither company will repond to my email requests for an explanation. Igia tells me i need to call in and Beautyamerica who only has an email contact wont even open my email.
HEY GUESS WHAT I FINALLY WOKE UP AND REALIZED THAT PLACES ON LINE THAT SELL THE REGULAR EMS MACHINES AND TENS MACHINES SELL THE PADS THAT ARE COMPATABLE AND FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST.
I FILED INTERNET FRAUD CHARGES AGAINST BOTH COMPANIES AND TO DATE I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. BUYERS BEWARE
