In december 05 my husband ordered the windstorm vacuum as my christmas gift. We oredered one vacuum, expecting to get the one along withe a free one only paying for shipping. They took 411.67 out of my checking account and sent me four vacuums. I called and notified them of the mistake and they told me to send the ones i didnt order back and they would also pay for shipping. I did as i was told and tracked my order to confirm that it made it there. Icalled them and tey said that they recieved the vacuums and my refund would be in my account in two weeks. My refund wasn't in my account within two weeks and when i called and i notified them they told me two weeks again. It has now been 6 months and still no refund. I call atlest twice a week and get the same thing. I spoke to them today and they said this month i will have my money. Anyone with any information on how to get my refund please notify me at
