I ordered the windstorm on Oct 20th after seeing an ad on tv. It offered a buy one get on and I intended to use the second fo ra Christmas gift. 518.00 was taken out of my account on Oct. 22nd. I called and got details to find out I was double charged. I have called and emailed countless times, but have only received a response on the phone of "your money will be refunded in 2 weeks". No one will put me in touch with a supervisor although I have insisted every time I've called. I want to file a class action suit against them after I see how many others have gone through this same thing. If anyone knows how to go about this, PLEASE contact me as soon as possible! Enough is enough for goodness sakes!!!
